2025 Silent Auction Artist's Submission Information

The SRAA requests submissions of artwork in all media for its second annual Silent Auction benefitting the SRAA and the Statesboro Festival of the Arts to be held March 21-22, 2026. Each piece of art will be shown at the West Main Gallery and on-line from Friday, September 27, 2025 - Saturday, October 44, 2025.

TIMELINE

• SUBMIT APPLICATIONS: Now through September 27

• ART DROP OFF: Mon - Fri: Sept 15 - 19

• ART INSTALLATION: Mon - Fri: Sept 22 - 26

• AUCTION LIVE ONLINE: Saturday, September 27.  (If ready earlier – we will!)

• CLOSING RECEPTION: Saturday October 4, from 5 to 8 PM

• AUCTION CLOSES: 7:30 PM Saturday October 4, 2025

REQUESTED WORK:

• Any 2D or 3D original artwork. Request 2D art not to exceed 4’ X 4’ and is ready to be hung with a wire on the back; 3D not to exceed 100#.

• Pieces should be appropriate in style and content for general audiences, as they will be displayed in a public area.

• Please complete one submission form for each piece you are donating. If you are selling them as a packet. e.g. earrings and a necklace, paired set of prints, a group of ceramic mugs or plates etc. Please make it clear on the form.

SUBMISSION

• Proposed work should be delivered to The West Main Gallery no later than Friday, September 19, 2025. Unless you have completed this form please bring a printed copy of the completed waiver and submission forms as you drop off your piece(s).
